Wildlife

It's always fun to take pictures of animals of all kinds, whether you're at the zoo, on safari, or in your back yard. One problem people have when shooting at zoos and some wildlife sanctuaries are fences. Ah, but I can help you there! The trick with fences is to try and get within about five feet or closer. On your camera, set your focus points to a single point. Use that point to focus past the fence on your subject. Voila! The fence disappears. This takes a little experimentation with your camera, but, with some practice, you'll find this is a great trick. This image of a deer was taken through a chain link fence from inside my vehicle.

Here are some other images I've taken of wildlife all within the south Fla. area.
Enjoy, and keep shooting!
